예전 세입자 명의 변경

정글통신을 사용하고 있는 예전 세입자가 단말기까지 양도하는 조건으로 영업장을 인수 받았는데
명의 변경은 어떻게 해야하는지요?
1. 12월 초 사업자가 나오고 그때 단말기를 제 사업자로 변경하려 합니다.
2. 필요서류 또는 절차는 어떻게 되는지요?
3. 결제 금액 수수료율과 방식은 어떻게 되는지요?
